The Journal of Law and Technology at Texas (JOLTT) is still seeking two articles for our upcoming print Volume. JOLTT welcomes essays, articles, and blog posts from judges, academics, practicing lawyers, and law students.

For the traditional print publications the Journal prefers articles and essays that are approximately 12,000 words in length, including footnotes. Articles with fewer or more than 12,000 words are by no means disqualified. This number serves purely as a reference for the Journal’s process in determining whether a particular article merits publication. The Journal strongly encourages submissions fewer than 25,000 words in length, including footnotes. Scholastica submissions are preferred, but if you would like to email an application or have any questions, they can be directed at submissions@jolttx.com, preferably ccing Zalkire@utexas.edu.

Due to the makeup of our current publications, which are dominated by AI topics, we are especially interested in articles that are on areas of law and technology that are not centered around artificial intelligence. However, we still welcome artificial intelligence articles with open arms!
