The Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy is calling for Notes and Articles submissions for publication in Issue 3 of Volume 32! Authors who submit by the priority deadline of January 13th will receive notifications by January 16th. After that, we will continue to accept submissions on a rolling basis.
GJPLP is the nation’s premier law journal on poverty issues. We publish articles by distinguished law professors and practitioners advancing anti-poverty solutions, and we feature student research, pieces from scholars in poverty-related disciplines, and the voices of persons living in poverty. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to: economic justice and mobility, labor and employment, health disparities, housing insecurity, the criminalization of poverty, and education equity and access.

Notes may be written by students, practitioners, and professors. We prefer that articles do not exceed 25,000 words, including text and footnotes, and request that they are formatted according to Bluebook style.
