Submissions to the ADVANCE Journal should discuss structural and institutional change, specifically as it pertains to gender and higher education, as well as other types of social difference.
We are excited to receive manuscripts that address issues such as the underrepresentation of underrepresented groups in academia, the lack of gender and racial justice in academia, and the experiences of LGBTQIA+ persons in STEM fields.
