The University of Maryland Journal of Health Care, Law and Policy is open for submissions for articles to be published in Spring 2023. The Journal's goal is to bridge law, policy, and science. It is a unique forum where leading scholars and practitioners discuss emerging issues in health care.
Manuscripts may be submitted through Scholastica, or directly to JHCLPEXEC@law.umaryland.edu.
Submissions should include the following:
1. Manuscript as a Word file with double spaced text. Footnotes should conform to the standards set in The Bluebook (21st Edition)
2. An abstract of the article.
3. Current curriculum vitae with author contact information.
