The UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law (RIPL) is accepting submissions for Volume 21. Submissions should be made electronically through Scholastica. RIPL focuses on publishing articles in all areas of intellectual property law, as well as covering the topics of information technology & privacy law. We would be happy to review and potentially publish any articles written related to IP, information technology, or privacy law.
As further background, according to Google Scholar, RIPL is the 11th most cited technology law journal in the United States and, in 2019, Washington and Lee ranked RIPL the number 3 journal in the world for intellectual property law. RIPL is comprised of top students participating in the internationally recognized Intellectual Property (IP) program at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. These students have a variety of IP backgrounds, experience in trade secret, patent, trademark, and copyright law, and an extensive amount of editing experience.
