The Children's Legal Rights Journal (CLRJ) is a national journal sponsored by Loyola University Chicago School of Law in cooperation with the National Association of Counsel for Children. CLRJ focuses on the broad range of legal issues confronting children, including child welfare, juvenile justice, adoption, mental health, education, and more.
Submissions should meet the following criteria:
- Should be an original, unpublished article that address an issue involving children and the law.
- Must be between 15 and 60 pages double spaced and contain footnote citations that conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
- Submissions from current law students will not be accepted.
CLRJ will will accept submissions on a rolling basis until January 19, 2025, with priority given to early submissions.
