The Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice is currently accepting submissions for Volume 32 (Academic Year 2025-26). Works preferred will address the issues of equal rights and social justice across a wide range of gender, sexual orientation, race, and diversity-based topics and reflects interdisciplinary views on legal issues relating to immigration law, anti-racism, human rights, international law, family law, civil rights, criminal law, and employment law. Submissions will be reviewed and decisions rendered on a rolling basis.
